9. Reporting Issues and Content
You can report content or activity that you believe violates these Terms through the relevant Report option in the app. You may report copyright or design infringement, misleading product information, inappropriate content, suspicious activity, fraud or attempted fraud, abuse or harassment, and unauthorized use of another user's content. 10. Platform Availability
We work to keep Jewel India available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, security updates, technical issues, third-party service interruptions, network problems, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jewel India is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, incorrect product information provided by users, user-uploaded content, differences between AI-generated images and physical products, third-party payment failures, third-party service interruptions, temporary platform unavailability, or unauthorized activity caused by a user's failure to secure their account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, abuse platform features, repeatedly upload infringing content, attempt to compromise platform security, or provide materially false information.
